Order Form, Terms of Purchase, and Cancellation Policy – Royi Or

Welcome! Below are the key points regarding the booking of private tours in Crete and the Athens area. By submitting this form, you confirm that you have read and understood all the terms and conditions listed herein.

1. Registration, date reservation, and payment

• Deposit: Registration and reservation of the date will be confirmed upon payment of a deposit of 50 euros.

• Balance due: The balance due will be paid in cash at the end of the tour.

• Multiple-day trips: If you book more than one day of the trip, payment will be processed separately for each day (full payment minus a 50-euro deposit). The total advance payment cannot be deducted from the payment for the first day of the tour.

• Consent of Participants: By signing this document, the signatory agrees that these terms shall apply in full to all other participants, and their signature constitutes their consent.

2. Additional costs (direct payment to suppliers in Greece)

The price does not include entrance to facilities (museums, archaeological sites, beach sunbeds, cruises), meals, tips or personal expenses, unless otherwise stated.

• In Crete prices per person: The Wood Museum (€5), Sfendoni Cave (€7), Melidoni Cave (€5), Kortaliotiko Gorge (€5), beach chairs for those interested (starting at €10), Maravell Garden Botanical Garden (€5)

• הפלגה לספינאלונגה(אי המצורעים): 14€ לאדם להפלגה + 20€ לאדם כניסה לאי. ילדים עד גיל 10: 7€ להפלגה; מתחת ל-18 כניסה לאי חינם.זמן ההמתנה על אי המצורעים נמשך כ 70 דק' עד להגעת ההפלגה שלוקחת חזור – השייט והסיור באי הינם חוויה משפחתית נהדרת ונעשית עצמאית וללא מדריך.

• In Athens prices per person: Lake Vouliagmeni (€20, discounted for children), Temple of Poseidon/Palamidi Fortress (€20 – admission is optional), Meteora Monasteries (€3 per monastery, cash only).

• Hot Springs (Lutraki): €20. Please note: Admission is prohibited for children under the age of 15, individuals with blood pressure issues, or those who have undergone major surgery or experienced a cardiac event in the past six months. Admission is contingent upon an on-site blood pressure check.

3. Cancellation and Change Policy

• Security Situation: In the event of cancellation due to the security situation , the deposit will be refunded in full.

• Cancellation by Roei Or:If the tour is canceled by the tour guide for any reason, the full payment will be refunded within 10 business days.

• Cancellation by the customer: After 12 days from the date of payment, the deposit is non-refundable (except in the case of extreme weather).

  • Cancellation 10 days before the trip: 50% of the trip cost, minus the deposit.

  • Cancellations made 3 days or less before the trip: full payment.

• B Tour Abbreviation: Any abbreviation of the tour, or the customer's decision not to visit destinations or participate in activities, will not be eligible for a refund.

• Amendment to the Terms of Service: Roei Or reserves the right to amend the Terms of Service from time to time at his discretion and without prior notice.

4. Defining the Role of the Companion and Limiting Liability

• Nature of the Service: You have chosen Roei Or as your tour guide. In his capacity as a guide only, he is not liable for any damages that may result from accidents, falls, injuries, illnesses, or, God forbid, death.

• Property and Luggage: The tour operator is not liable for damage to luggage, theft, loss, robbery, or the loss of documents (passports/flight tickets), nor for medical expenses.

• Cruises and Third Parties: The cruise to Spinalonga is unaccompanied and self-guided. The tour guide is not responsible for any delays or late arrivals on the part of the cruise companies or external suppliers. The decision to take the cruise is up to the customer and can be substituted with a tour of Agios Nikolaos.

• תקלות רכב: המלווה מתחייב להגיע עם רכב תקין ומטופל. במקרה של תקלה בלתי צפויה וחריגה (שמעולם לא קרתה ב-4 שנות פעילות), הפיצוי יוגבל להחזר יחסי על שעות הטיול שלא התקיימו.

5. Health, Fitness, and Insurance Declaration

• Health: By signing this form, you expressly declare that all participants are in good physical and mental health and are fit to go on the trip.

• Insurance: The customer is required to have a medical insurance policy appropriate for the type of trip. This responsibility rests solely with the customer.
